Your ID card(s) or other proof of insurance (declarations page, in the case of renters or home insurance) as well as your policy contract and other pertinent documents are stored in your Toggle account online. Simply log in online, select the appropriate policy, and click on View Policy Documents. You can also visit gettoggle.com/terms and scroll down to the link for your product (renters, auto, homeowners) and U.S. state (California, e.g.) to find a sample copy of our policy contracts.

You can find your policy number in your online Toggle account on the My Policies page. Your policy number is also shown on your ID card(s) or declarations page (in the case of renters or home insurance).

You can update your personal information anytime online in your Toggle account. To update your phone number or password, log into your Toggle account (www.gettoggle.com/login) and click My Profile at the top. Then click Update under the personal information you would like to change. To update your address, click on My Policies and then the policy you want updated. If you want to change the credit or debit card you have on file, visit the My Payments page. In order to change your email address on file, please contact Customer Support at support@gettoggle.com. Note: In order to change the primary insured's name on file, the policy with the incorrect name must be cancelled. A new policy can then be issued in the correct name.

If you have a Toggle Renters or Auto insurance policy and you're moving within the same state, you can keep your policy - you just need to update your address right in your Toggle account. If you're moving to a different state, your Toggle Renters or Auto insurance policy will no longer be effective when you move. Simply log into your account to cancel your current Toggle policy and complete an application to purchase a new policy (if you're moving to a state where Toggle is available).
If you have a Toggle Home insurance policy, regardless of where you're moving, your policy will no longer be effective when you move. Simply log into your account to cancel your current Toggle policy and complete an application to purchase a new policy (if you're moving to a state where Toggle is available).

But if you absolutely must, you can cancel your Toggle policy at any time by logging into your Toggle account, clicking View Policy, and then scrolling down to Cancel Policy (if you have a Toggle Renters or Auto policy).
